In a nutshell: Top end, advanced, handheld strapping machine
The SM-HTV3 is the top machine in the 'V' range, yet is pleasngly easy to operate. Powered by a 14.4V 4.0A battery, it is a good choice of automated, handheld strapping tool for use in a busy warehouse.
Features:
- Brushless motors for increased efficiency and durability.
- Strap tension and welding time is adjusted via the two knobs on the side. 1
- Press and hold the tension button (top) to adjust the band to the pre-set tension.
- Push down and hold the welding lever to bond the strap using friction stir welding.
- Tape is automatically trimmed. 2

1 Your V3 will arrive pre-set and should not normally need any adjustments to the settings.
2 V series machines arrive with the tape cutter configured for PET tape, minor additional configuration is required for automatic cutting of PP tape.
