Flexo printed: Which produces a high quality image in up to four colours. Due to the size of the printing presses, there is a minimum production run which is usually 1 pallet of rolls. In real terms this is 850 to 1000 rolls depending on roll width. Each colour adds £80 to the cost of the tape making it very economical on larger runs.
Digitally printed: This is a full colour process which can produce individual rolls of tape, or 1 Meter samples for instection before a larger production run is started. Due to the cost of the inks this is a more expensive method, but it is much faster as it is printed in-house. The 1 Meter samples we produce for free, and for full roll prices start at £10.
