Shipping FAQs
From Eastbourne? We are on the South coast, unless we were to use a private jet this would not be possible. Private jets cost about £28000 per hour, but Eastbourne doesnt have an airport. So... 🤷♂️
We wish it were possible. While it's theoretically possible, we use multiple warehouses to store goods, and being in Eastbourne our collection times are too early to make same day despatch viable. 😵💫
We are just not setup for this. We are an internet retail business, and use multiple warehouses which are not continuously staffed. Chances are you would arrive to collect and nobody would be there to meet you. 😳
