3. Your legal rights to Order Cancellation

3.1 As a business customer, the 14 day cooling off period given to consumers does not apply.
3.2 Remorse returns will be considered on an individual basis.

4. Our Conditions for returning goods

4.1 The Goods are faulty, or incorrectly supplied, or authorised for return.
4.2 The Goods are in the original packaging.
4.3 For remorse returns the packaging and contents should be in resaleable condition.

5. Returning items

5.1 Unless the goods are faulty or incorrectly supplied, you are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us.
5.2 The Goods must be returned to us within 7 days of delivery.
5.3 You should send the Goods to the following address:

5.4 We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service.
5.5 We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
