Easy to operate, just pull the end of the tape upwards to release the brake mechanism.

Assembly takes minutes:

1. Attach the wheels and secure with the two large nuts
2. Attach the handle and secure with the two wing-nuts & bolts
3. Finally attach the tool tray and secure with the two remaining nuts & bolts
