The Q2 is the top model in our range of strapping machines. Powered by an 18.0 V 5.0 A battery which is capable of performing 400 straps on a single charge, its designed for all day work in a demanding environment. As you might expect, this machine has variable torque and weld times to suit the items being strapped. This machine also has three modes of operation 'Auto', 'Semi', and 'Manual' for maximum flexibility.

Three modes of operation:

1.  Auto: Press the tension button once to tighten the strap, perform the weld and trim the tape in a single operation.  ²
   
2. Semi: Press the tension button to tighten the strap, then press the weld button to weld and trim the tape operation.  ²
   
3. Manual: Press and hold the tension button to tighten the tape, press the weld button to weld and trim the tape.  ²

Typical uses include:

• Pallets
• Oversized boxes & packages

¹ Your Q2 will arrive pre-configured during testing and should not normally need any adjustments to the settings for standard operations.

² Machines arrive with the tape cutter configured for PET tape, minor additional configuration is required for automatic cutting of PP tape.
