The BM-420-CV is a mid-sized, PLC controlled, banding machine with conveyor for fully automated product feeding and banding in a standalone operation
The machine's versatility allows it to use either paper or plastic banding tape. This model is freestanding on a wheeled cart that can hold a roll of tape up to 750 M in length reducing down time for re-loading.
This model is custom manufactured
- Tape width between 20 and 50 mm.
- Banding frame internal width: 420, 500, 600 or 800 mm wide.
- Banding frame internal height: 200, 300, or 400 mm high.
Typical applications include:
- cards, leaflets, menus
- multi-buy bundles, gift wrapping
Operation is completely automated and is pre-programmed via the screen.
Due to the number of options, this machine is a special order item with a lead time of 8-10 weeks.
