The BM-420-CV is a mid-sized banding machine with conveyor for fully automated product feeding and banding for standalone operation
The machine's versatility allows it to use either paper or plastic banding tape. This model is freestanding on a wheeled cart that can hold a roll of tape up to 750 M in length reducing down time for re-loading.
Available in either 20, 30, 40, or 50 mm tape widths, the machine has an internal banding frame width of 420 mm width making it suitable for items up to 400 mm wide, and has a banding frame height of 210 mm making it suitable for items up to 200 mm tall.
Typical applications include:
- cards, leaflets, menus
- multi-buy bundles, gift wrapping
Operation is completely automated and is pre-programmed via the screen.
Due to the number of options, this machine is a special order item with a lead time of 8-10 weeks.
