Easy to operate, just pull the end of the tape upwards to release the brake mechanism.
Assembly take minutes:
- Attach the wheels and secure with the two large nuts
- Attach the handle and secure with the two wing-nut & bolts
- Finally attach the tool tray and secure with the two remaining nuts & bolts
