In a nutshell: A versatile, bench-top banding machine for every day use

The BM-460 is a mid-sized, versatile banding machine for industrial applications. 

The stainless steel work table makes this machine equally at home in a warehouse, factory, or even a food enviroment. The maximum item size of 460 x 190 mm makes it ideally suited for items that are up to A3 in size. Typical applications include:

  • cards, leaflets, menus 
  • asparagus, celery, rhubarb
  • multi-buy bundles, gift wrapping

The machine's versatility allows it to use either paper or plastic banding tape with minimal delay in switching.

There is also an optional stand capable of holding an 800M roll of tape for extended uninterrupted operations.

This will be shipped from our warehouse in Eastbourne.
At 32 Kg this banding machine is too heavy to go via the postal service, so a little more planning is required. The machine will be sent out on a pallet using a courier service. This usualy means delivery takes 3-5 days.

You are also more than welcome to come and collect in person.

Yes, the banding machines have a 12-month warranty.

The banding tape must be:

  • Width: 19.8 to 20.2mm or 29.8 to 20.02mm
  • Thickness 0.10 to 0.13mm

The machine itself has been designed to work with PE coated kraft paper or OPP plastic.
Other materials/tapes may work but there is no guarantee of success.
The use of other materials may invalidate the warranty.
