The BM-420-CV is a mid-sized banding machine with automated conveyor for automated product feeding and banding in heavy duty industrial applications.
The machine's versatility allows it to use either paper or plastic banding tape with minimal delay in switching, and the wheeled cart can hold a roll of tape that is up to 750 M in length giving uninterrupted run times for busy environments.
Available in either 20, 30, 40, or 50 mm tape widths, the machine has an internal banding frame width of 420 mm width making it suitable for items up to 400 mm wide, and has a banding frame height of 210 mm making it suitable for items up to 200 mm tall.
The stainless steel work table makes this machine equally at home in a warehouse, factory, or printers. Typical applications include:
- cards, leaflets, menus
- multi-buy bundles, gift wrapping
Operation is completely automated and is pre-programmed via the screen.
Due to the level of customisation, this machine is a special order item with a lead time of 8-10 weeks.
