In a nutshell: A table-top banding machine for light duties.

The BM-Mini is a tabletop banding machine that is very easy to operate and perfect for a small office or arts & crafts environment. The small footprint and light weight makes it easy to store when not in use.

Ideally suited for items that are up to A5 in size, typical applications could include:

  • leaflets, cards
  • small packages, gift bundles

Larger sizes are possible, but not eas easy to perform. The maximum size we have confirmed possible is an A4 ream lenghtways, it was a tad fiddly, but it did it perfectly.

Yes, the banding machines have a 12-month warranty.

Anything you like, from a box of matches, a collection of DVDs, or even a ream of A4 paper.

Not really, you could quite comfortably use it in an office environment.

The banding tape must be:

  • Width: 18.5 to 20.2 mm
  • Thickness 0.10 to 0.14 mm

The machine itself has been designed to work with PE coated kraft paper. Other materials/tapes may work but there is no guarantee of success. The use of other materials may invalidate the warranty.

Your banding machine will arrive all set up and ready to go with a starter roll of white paper tape installed. Take the machine out of the box, plug it in, and start banding by placing objects to be banded over the sensor.
Options:

  • Use the width guide to assist with width alignment.
  • Use the depth guide to assist with depth alignment.
  • Use the loop guide to create a taller loop for larger items.

Unfortunately not. This is a an entry level banding machine with basic features. If you require adjustable tension we suggest the BM-115 model.
